HPT Model The Human Performance Technology tool is used during the initial meetings with stakeholders to define the problem, identify the root causes and define solution (Red Mountain Consulting '98). I use the approach to ensure the best solutions is designed to fix the problem and also is alignment with the business needs.
ADDIE Model ADDIE is a tool used for systematic approach to instructional systems design (Allison Rossett, '87). The phases of this model are analyze, design, develop, implement and evaluate. This tool is used to manage the project deliverables and make sure a thorough assessment and evaluation is completed in order to create the most sound learning solution for the identified problem.
